CPA on completed jobs
15% commission for non-subscribed pros, 10% for subscribed pros (since they prepaid via Layer 2). Charged only when a job actually closes — no upfront, no per-lead cost, no shared leads. We send 1–2 matched pros per consumer request, you talk directly, you bill the customer.
